The BioChef Arizona Sol uses Horizontal Airflow to
ensure even heat distribution.
Air is circulated throughout the unit in the same
way as a fan forced oven, ensuring each tray (front and back) is dried evenly.
No tray rotation or turning of produce is required. The BioChef Arizona Sol
food dehydrator will dry food inside and out, meaning it is dried safely
without any risk of mould or bacteria forming in unevenly dried parts of the
food.

The BioChef
Arizona Sol Dehydrator features 6 interchangeable trays which can be removed to
allow for more space when drying larger ingredients such as when rising bread
or when making yoghurt. The removable sliding door traps the constant airflow,
rather than the trays so you can choose how many trays you have in place at any
time.
BPA free stainless steel trays give you the peace of mind that there is no
possibility of harmful chemicals being transferred onto your food. The outer
casing of the dehydrator is made from polypropylene (PP), which is known for
its high melting point, durability, strength and most importantly it's
non-harmful nature.
