The powerful 400 watt motor means that soft and hard fruits and vegetables can be juiced with ease and consistency. The strong motor achieves continuous juicing for up to 60 minutes compared to the standard 30 minutes of continuous operation with other domestic models.
This model has been tested with apples to produce an impressive 40 litres of juice per hour! The offer of significantly longer usage and higher juicing capacity is a huge advantage for a busy juice bar, cafe or restaurant.

Unlike a traditional centrifugal juicer the Biochef Atlas Whole Slow Juicer Pro uses Enzyme Protection Technology (EPT). The auger will slowly crush, squeeze and strain produce to maximise the juice yield. This process minimizes the raw food’s exposure to heat or friction and delivers a superior juice with enzymes and nutrients maintained.

The Biochef Atlas Pro Whole Slow Juicer offers complete versatility with three Tritan, BPA-Free juicing strainers to choose from. The fine and coarse strainers allow you to create a juice consistency with a pulp level that is right for you. The sorbet strainer is a great way to make fruit sorbets and nut butters the whole family will enjoy. Flexibility and convenience are combined as you can pre-rinse your juicer before the parts are even dismantled. Simply rinse the parts by pouring water into the chamber, running the machine and using the reverse button to wash off any excess pulp. You can use the included BioChef cleaning brush and new fine cleaning brush to scrub any tough fibres if needed.
