Preserve your food using the Excalibur DH06SS 6 Tray Performance Digital Dehydrator. This professionally engineered stainless-steel dehydrator provides 0.89m² of drying capacity, featuring an elegant transparent glass door and top-mounted transparent glass window that facilitate convenient observation of your food, and comes equipped with six stainless steel trays, delivering substantial space to address all your dehydration requirements.

The proprietary Hyperwave Technology combined with Horizontal Parallex Air Flow modulates temperature to extract moisture from food through continuous circulation of thermostatically-regulated warm air, ensuring uniform drying without requiring tray rotation.

Configure exact time and temperature settings via the intuitive LED control interface, with temperature adjustable from 30°C to 75°C for durations extending up to 80 hours. The countdown timer displays on the screen, and the unit deactivates automatically upon completion of the drying cycle. To support diverse dehydration techniques, this sophisticated dehydrator permits configuration of two distinct drying phases with independent time and temperature parameters. Furthermore, the control interface incorporates a progress indicator that visually demonstrates drying advancement. Upon completion of the drying process, withdraw the concealed door positioned beneath the unit to conveniently retrieve your dehydrated products.
