Whether your appliance is under warranty or not and regardless of whether you purchased your appliance from us, all you need to do is tell us what you need.
Please supply as much information as possible and photos are always a big help.
We will leave no stone un-turned to find the part you need and we will get back to you within 48 hours with a recommendation and price for the part you require.

We cannot promise that we can always get what you want but we will promise to do our best. We recently sourced a spare jug for a blender that was made over 20 years ago from as far afield as Mexico!
