    STUNNING DESIGN AND CLEAR DOORS:

    The RES10 is the latest offering from Excalibur. A very striking and new design with a clear, double door opening which will allow you to view progress without interrupting the drying process. 

    The Model RES10 comes complete with a total of 0.8m2 of drying space, 131.00 CFM air flow with two independent fans, two independent adjustable thermostats 29.4°C - 73.9° C, Hyperwave™ Patented Technology, and Parallex® Horizontal Air Flow. 

    TWO DRYING ZONES:

    A smart feature is the 2-zone option. If you are only drying a small amount, then just use 1 zone. Saving you energy and costs. Drying 2 lots of different produce at once then use a zone for each.

    Each zone can be set for 1- or 2-time durations and 1 or 2 temperature settings. This neat feature gives you a lot of flexibility for variable drying needs and really speeds up the drying process. 

    30 PRESETS AND HANDY GUIDE:

    You can also program and save 30 of your favourite recipes on the RES10, another great time saver. 

    The Excalibur RES10 also comes with a soft cover 28-page Dehydrator Guide that contains food preparation tips and ‘how to’ drying guide for 50 fruits and vegetables plus fruit rolls, jerky, and yoghurt.
