We aim to ship every order the same day it is placed.

 

That is as long as payment has been received in full*. That the order is placed Monday to Friday (not including public holidays) and if the order is received before 1pm (AEDT). 

All other orders will be shipped the next working day.

 

On the very rare occasion that we do not meet this high standard we will inform you straight away to keep you updated on the progress of your order.

 

*When paying by credit card we may carry out a security check to ensure the credit is being used by it's rightful owner and is not being used fraudulently. Until satisfactory completion of this check dispatch will not occur so may impact on shipping times. This check is for the benefit of both us the merchant and you the customer.
